ANNOUNCED AS TEMPORARYNo
On June 24, 2014 the U.S. International Trade Commission determined that a U.S. industry is materially injured by reason of imports of welded stainless steel pressure pipe from Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam. As a result of this determination, anti-dumping orders were imposed at the margins determined by the U.S. Department of Commerce.
The case began with a petition filed on May 16, 2013.
