Anti-dumping

On 23 May 2008, the Government of Thailand initiated an anti-dumping investigation on sodium tripolyphosphate originating in China.
 
On 19 March 2009, the country imposed preliminary duties on the subject product.
 
On 18 July 2009, the country decided to impose definitive anti-dumping duties on the subject product. The HS code in question is 2835.3100.
On July 18, 2014, the Thai authorities initiated a sunset review of the existing anti-dumping measure, dated 18.07.2009, imposed on imports of the subject goods originating in China.
 
On 10 July 2015, the Thai authorities the above anti-dumping duty on imports of the subject good from China. The measure is terminated as the duty applicability is no longer warranted.
