Anti-dumping

On 3 August 2011, the Indian Government initiated a sunset review investigation on tires for trucks originating in China and Thailand.
 
On 8 October 2012, the country decided to extend the anti-dumping measures in force for an additional period of five years. The HS codes in question are 4011.2090; 4013.1020 and 4012.9049.

On 7 October 2017, the Indian authorities terminated the definitive duty on imports of the subject good from China and Thailand. The duty was terminated as it was set to expire on the given date.
