With Decree 44 of January 21, 2013, the Council of Ministers of Belarus compensated (through Belarusbank) the open joint-stock company Paper-mill Spartak for interest payments of an export loan the company previously received at market rates (CIRR or Commercial Interest Reference Rate, the minimum interest rates, which may be applied under the OECD arrangement on guidelines for officially supported export credits). The maximum compensation is set at EUR17.22 million. JSC "Paper-mill "Spartak" is specialised in the production of paper, cardboard and goods thereof.
