Anti-dumping

On 24 December 2012, the Chilean authorities initiated an anti-dumping investigation on broken maize imported from Argentina. The concerned HS code is 1104.2300. On 23 January 2013, the authority decided to terminate the investigation following the decision of the National Trade Distortion Commission to initiate three new anti-dumping procedures, also including the above-mentioned product.
