Anti-dumping

On September 18, 2012, the the Department to protect the internal market of the Eurasian Economic Commission initiated an anti-dumping investigation on imports of cast-iron enamelled bathtubs from China.
The products subject to investigation are classified under the following HS code: 7324.2100.
On December 27, 2012, the Department to protect the internal market of the Eurasian Economic Commission decided to impose a provisional anti-dumping duty on imports of cast-iron enamelled bathtubs from China. The rate of the duty is 51.87%. This duty entered into force on January 26, 2013.
On April 15, 2013, the Department to protect the internal market of the Eurasian Economic Commission decided to impose a definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of cast-iron enamelled bathtubs from China. The rate of the duty remains 51.87%. This definitive duty entered into force on May 26, 2013 and is to remain in force until 25 January 2018.
