Anti-dumping

On September 20, 2010, Israel initiated an anti-dumping investigation on mixers imported from Germany. The dumping is alleged to have occurred between September 2009 and August 2010.
The HS codes for the subject products are: 8436.1000 and 8705.9000.

On July 26, 2011, a preliminary anti-dumping duty of 53.6% was imposed.

On 5 July 2012, the investigation was terminated without the imposition of definitive duties because the Anti-dumping Advisory Committee did not approve them.
