Anti-dumping

On 12 September 2011, Brazil initiated an anti-dumping investigation on yarns of mixed fibres containing 50% or more of viscose fibres imported from Turkey and Viet Nam.
The dumping is alleged to have occurred between April 2010 and March 2011.
The investigated products fall under the following HS code specifications: 5510.1100; 5510.1200; 5510.2000; 5510.3000; 5510.9000 and 5511.3000.
 
On 27 July 2012, the investigation was terminated without the imposition of duties following the withdrawal from the petitioner.
