Anti-dumping

On June 29, 2012, the Indonesian authorities initiated an anti-dumping investigation on imports of polyethylene terephtalate from China, Chinese Taipei, South Korea and Singapore.
The products subject to investigation are classified under the following HS codes: 3907.6010, 3907.6020 and 3907.6090. The dumping is alleged to have occurred during the year 2011.
On February 26, 2014, the Indonesian authorities decided to terminate the investigation without imposing any anti-dumping mesure. Reason for this decision is national interest.
