Anti-dumping

Australia started on February 6, 2012 an anti-dumping investigation on formulated glyphosate imported from China. The dumping is alleged to have occurred in 2011.
The concerned HS code is 3808.9300.

On 2 August 2012, the investigation has been terminated and no anti-dumping measures were imposed on exporters. Neufarm Ltd then lodged an application with the Trade Measures Review Officer (TMRO) to review the decision.

On 23 October 2012, the TMRO decided to revoke the decision to terminate the investigation.
On 21 November 2012, Customs and Border Protection resumed the investigation, with investigation period January 2011-January 2012.

On 24 June 2012, the investigation was terminated without the imposition of duties.
