Anti-dumping

On 8 July 2011, Thailand has initiated an anti-dumping investigation against flat hot rolled added boron in coils and not coils from China.
The concerned HS codes are: 7225.3000; 7225.4000; 7226.9110 and 7226.9190.
On 26 November 2012, the country decided to impose definitive anti-dumping duties on the subject product.
The dumping margin ranges is between 14.28 and 19.47% for selected producers and 19.47% for all others.

On 13 December 2017, the Thai authorities initiated a sunset review of the definitive antidumping duty imposed on imports of the subject good from China.
