Export tax

The Argentinian government updates the list of "criterion values" (valores criterio de caracter precautorio) for exports of specific products such as fresh apples, pears and quinces (NCM 0808) and natural honey (NCM 0409) to specific destinations. This was done under General Resolution 3145 of 24 June 2011 which suspends the anterior reference values for pears and apples under General Resolution 3058 of 3 March 2011.

The measure was in effect on 7 July 2011 and was replaced by General Resolution 3465 on 12 April 2013 (see "Related Measures").
