The International Trade administration Commission of South Africa has recommended a reduction in the rate of duty on certain bags of low density polyethylene of size not exceeding 15cmX23cm, with no opening, having one perforated edge that incorporate a plastic covered wire sealing classifiable under tariff subheading 3923.21.90.
The applied rate went from 15 percent to 0 and applies to the Southern African Customs Union (SACU).
