Anti-dumping

On October 19, 2011 SolarWorld Industries America Inc. filed a joint countervailing duty and anti-dumping petition against imports from China of crystalline solar-cell and panel imports and excludes thin-film products. The Department of Commerce published its anti-dumping order (http://ia.ita.doc.gov/frn/2012/1212frn/2012-29668.txt) and its countervailing duty order (http://ia.ita.doc.gov/frn/2012/1212frn/2012-29669.txt) on December 7, 2012.
The country had already imposed preliminary duties on the product on 25 May 2012.
