On October 14, 2011, the Federal Public Revenue Administration of Argentina has adopted General Resolution modifying the applicable import criterion values on products classified under tariff subheadings NCM 7307.19.20 and 7307.93.00.
The established reference price corresponded to a FOB value ranging between USD 2.80 and USD 5.00. The previous applicable reference prices ranged between USD 1.40 and USD 2.05, and USD 1.60 and USD 2.50 per kilogramme and were established in External Notice 91/2008
The new legislation affects the following jurisdictions: Korea, China, Chinese Taipei, Philippines, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Pakistan, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, South Africa, Finland, Hungary, Norway, Poland, United Kingdom, Romania, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Czech Republic, Russia and Ukraine.
These reference prices have entered into force on October 18, 2011.
