On September 30, 2011, the Mexican authorities terminated the review and decided upon the continuation of the existing anti-dumping measure imposed on imports of industrial monocarboxylic fatty acids originating in the United States of America. The rate of the definitive duty remains 23.29%.
This duty entered into force on the day following the publication of the resolution in the Official Journal of the Federation, i.e. on October 7, 2011. It shall be enforced for a period of five years, starting from April 8, 2010.
