Anti-dumping

On 13 July 2011, the Mexican Ministry of Economy initiated an anti-dumping investigation on amoxicillin trihydrate form China and India. The investigation was requested by Fersinsa GB, S.A. de C.V. This Mexican enterprise accounts for 100% of Mexico's production of this type of chemical. The product subject to investigation is classified under the following item of Mexico's Harmonized System: 2941.10.12. A similar anti-subsidy investigation was initiated on the same day, see related measure.
On 20 October 2011, the government of Mexico terminated the above investigation on imports of amoxicillin trihydrate form China without the imposition of duties.
On 27 November 2012, the Government terminatedthe above investigation on imports of amoxicillin trihydrate form India without the imposition of duties.
