NoOn July 4, 2011, the Government of Argentina adopted General Resolution 3142/2011 changing the reference prices applicable to the importation of certain type of frames and mountings for spectacles, corrective spectacles.
The products subject to this measure are classified under tariff line NCM 9003.19.10.
In particular, the new General Resolution has increased the reference prices set on titanium frames from USD 3.14 to USD 7.85 per unit and from USD 2.09 to USD 7.07 per unit.
The new import criterion values affect the following jurisdictions: the Republic of Korea, Democratic People's Republic of Korea, China, Chinese Taipei, Philippines, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Pakistan, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.
This General Resolution entered into force on 5 July 2011.
