NoOn 27 February 2010, the government of India terminated the favorable treatment of imported motion-picture film as well as parts and components of mobile phones.
Motion-picture film had been subject to a maximum tariff equivalent to the value of that applied to the medium it was printed on.
Parts and components of mobile phones had been freed from the whole additional import duty since March 2003.
