Anti-dumping

On December 4, 2010, Pakistan initiated an anti-dumping investigation on imports of writing/printing paper from China, Indonesia, Japan and Thailand.
The products subject to investigation are classified under the following HS codes: 4802.5510, 4802.5600, 4802.5700, 4802.6100, 4802.6200, 4810.1310, 4810.1320, 4810.1390, 4810.1400, 4810.1910 and 4810.1990.
On 29 September 2011 the investigation was terminated with no duties applied (withdrawal of application by the applicant).
On November 10, 2011, the investigation was re-initiated.
Finally, the initiation of investigation was set aside by Islamabad High Court.
