Anti-dumping

On 13 May 2011 the European Commission imposed a definitive anti-dumping duty concerning imports of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) film originating in India. The dumping margins vary from 3.7% to 29.3% (see source).

According to the EC, an expiry of the countervailing duty on PET film originating in India, on 9 March 2011, required an adjustment of anti-dumping duty rates.
