Anti-dumping

On 18 April 2011, the Government of Brazil initiated an anti-dumping investigation on certain type of flat-rolled products of iron or non-alloy steel plated or coated with tin from China, India, Mexico and South Korea.
This investigation was requested by the Brazilian enterprise Companhia Siderúrgica Nacional.
The products subject to investigation are classified under the following items of Brazil's Harmonized System: 7210.30.10, 7210.49.10, 7210.61.00 and 7210.70.10.
 
On 27 September 2012, the investigation was terminated without the imposition of final duties due to the absence of maerial injury.
