On 31 January 2011, the government of Thailand issued regulation reducing the import tariffs on dual-fuel vehicles as well as their parts and components.
From 1 January 2012, dual-fuel vehicles with a cylinder capacity below 3'000 cc will be subject to a duty of 60 percent, rather than 80 percent.
Also, parts and components of these vehicles may be imported duty free.
*Trading partners are from 2010, because the data for 2011 is not available yet.
