NoOn December 21st 2010 Brazil through its Secretary of Foreign Trade (SECEX) made public its decision to initiate an anti-dumping investigation on the imports of certain types of certain types of certain stainless steel recipients from China and India.
This product is classified under the code 7323.93.00 of Mercosur Common Nomenclature (NCM).
On July 22, 2011 the investigation was terminated against India because of the negligible volume of the dumped imports. The investigation on Chinese products was instead extended.
On May 17, 2012 and following a request from the petitioner, the Government of Brazil concluded the anti-dumping investigation against certain table, kitchen or other household articles and parts of stainless steel from China, without the imposition of anti-dumping duties.
