Export quota

By the Government decree 938 from 4 October 2010, the Government has introduced quotas on exports of certain agricultural products such as wheat (HS1001) - 0.5 million tons, corn (HS 1005) - 2 million tons, barley (HS1003) - 0.2 million tons, buckwheat (HS1008) and rye (HS1002) - each 1 million tons.
The export quotas will be licensed and the decree also regulates the process of export licenses distribution until 31 December 2010.
The export quota abolished on 5 May 2011.
