Anti-dumping

On October 01st 2010, Brazil through its Secretary of Foreign Trade (SECEX) made public its decision to initiate an anti-dumping investigation on the imports of Rubber NBR from Argentina, South Korea, United States, France and India. This product is classified under the code 4002.59.00 of Mercosur Common Nomenclature (NCM).
 
On March 27th 2010 the investigation was terminated without the imposition of duties because of absence of material injury to the domestic industry.
