Anti-dumping

On July 08th, 2010, Brazil through its Secretary of Foreign Trade (SECEX) made public its decision to initiate an anti-dumping and injury investigation on imports of other float glass and surface ground and polished glass from China and Mexico. This product is classified under the code 7005.29.00 of Mercosur Common Nomenclature (NCM).
 
On 24 June 2011, the investigation was extended for another six months.
 
On 29 November 2011 the investigation was terminated without the imposition of duties.
