The item had previously been classified under HTSUS subheadings 3921.12.1950 or 3921.90.1950 (5.3% duty), but CBP has ruled that they may be reclassified under HTSUS subheadings 3921.12.1100 or HTSUS 3921.90.1100 (4.2 % duty). China, Colombia, and Costa Rica are the principal suppliers of this product. The final revocation and modification became effective for goods entered or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption on or after January 30, 2017.
