Export subsidy

Decree of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus No. 815 of 11 October 2016 added the company Stadler Minsk to the list of companies that benefit from certain export incentives.
Concretely, the export incentives are financial. They consist of financial support in the form of bank loans for the purchase abroad of the produced in Belarus trams by this company. Decree No. 815 enters into force on the day of its official approval.
A state measure in the GTA database is assessed solely in terms of the extent to which its implementation affects the extent of discrimination against foreign commercial interests. On this metric, the state aid proposed here is discriminatory.
