NoThe government of Argentina on 21 July 2014, for the first time established import reference values forclutch parts (HS 8708.93).
The established reference values correspond to a FOB value ranging from USD 12.50 to USD 14.20 for the following countries : China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Pakistan, Taiwan, Viet Nam, Republic of Korea, Philippines, India, Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand.
Furthermore, the decee established import reference FOB values ranging between USD 23.50 and USD26.70 were established for the following countries : Brazil, Chile, Paraguay, Colombia, Ecuador, Uruguay, Germany, Denmark, France, Japan, Portugal, Belgium, Spain, Italy and Netherlands.
Following the GTA de minimis rule, only trading partners with imports to Argentina exceeding USD 1 million are listed as affected.
