Anti-dumping

On 15 January 2016, the Pakistani National Tariff Commission initiated an anti-dumping investigation on imports of certain uncoated writing and printing paper from Brazil, China, Indonesia, Japan and Thailand (Notice ADC No. 42/2016/NTC/CUWP). The products subject to investigation are classified under the following HS code subheadings: 4802.5510, 4802.56.00, 4802.57.00, 4802.61.00 and 4802.62.00. This investigation follows the application lodged on 3 December 2015 by Bulleh Shah Packaging Pvt. Ltd.

On 26 April 2017, the Pakistani National Tariff Commission concluded the preliminary determination of the above investigation. The investigation will continue without the imposition of provisional duties.
