OrderNo. 1809of 2 July 2015 of the Ministry of industry and Trade of the Russian Federation approves a list of high-tech products, works and services which the state Eximbank of Russia can finance as part of state-subsidised credits for support of high-tech-production.
The rules for the state subsidies for high-tech production are introduced by Decree No. 566 of 8 June 2015. According to them, credits, issued by Eximbank of Russia, with maturity of up to 15 years are possible. Foreign organisations' acquisitions of Russian hi-tech goods, works and services are eligible for support. Similarly, export projects of residents of the Russian Federation that foresee production of hi-tech goods, works and services for subsequent export are eligible.
