Anti-dumping

On 5 January 2015, the Uruguayan authorities initiated an anti-dumping investigation on imports of certain transparent heat-shrinkable polyethylene film from Brazil. The products subject to investigation are classified under the following tariff lines: 3920.10.99.12 and 3920.10.99.19.

On 4 November 2015, the government of Uruguay terminated the antidumping investigation on imports of the subject good from Brazil without the imposition of duties. The termination follows the applicants' withdrawal of their petition.
