Anti-dumping

On 27 October 2015, the Israeli authorities initiated an anti-dumping investigation on imports of float glass from Turkey. The products subject to investigation are classified under the following HS code: 7005.29.90.
 
On 18 April 2016, the Israeli authorities imposed a provisional anti-dumping duty on imports of the subject good from Turkey. The rate of duty is between 29.2% and 70.7%.
 
On 23 November 2016, the Israeli authorities imposed a definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of the subject good from Turkey. The rate of duty is between 26.5% and 70.7%.

On 18 January 2017, a re-examination investigation was initiated to determine the extension of duties.

On 14 February 2018, the Israeli authorities notified the WTO that the Minister of Economy and Industry extended the definitive duty until 10 December 2019.
