On 13 October 2015, the government of Argentina introduced an updated list of "criterion values" for imports of babies' garments & accessories, not knit or crotched (HS 6209.20, HS 6209.30.00, HS 6209.90.10 and HS 6209.90.90). The updated criterion values for imports of babies' garments & accessories, not knit or crotched, correspond to a FOB value ranging from USD 27.50 to USD 41.00 per kg. The previous import criterion values ranged from a FOB value of USD 23.00 to USD 57.20 per kg. The updated list of criterion valuesintroduced in 2015, refer to the following countries: South Korea, North Korea, China, Philippines, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Pakistan, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Sri Lanka, Cambodia, Bangladesh, Laos, Myanmar, Brunei and Viet Nam. The previous import criterion values, in addition to these countries also referred to: Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Paraguay, Uruguay, Mauritius and Macao. Following the GTA de minimis rule, only trading partners with imports to Argentina exceeding USD 1 million are listed as affected.
