ANNOUNCED AS TEMPORARYNo
On 22 September 2015, the European Commission approved state aid worth 23 million EUR for the construction of Finland's first liquified natural gas terminal in Pori.
A state measure in the GTA database is assessed solely in terms of the extent to which its implementation affects the extent of discrimination against foreign commercial interests. On this metric, the state aid proposed here is discriminatory.
As Finland has no active LNG terminal yet, it also does not possess any trade in this product and therefore no affected jurisdictions were selected.
