Anti-dumping

On March 9, 2016 the Metallurgical Products Company filed a petition seeking the imposition of anti-dumping duties on phosphor copper imported from Korea. The first step in this investigation is the preliminary injury determination of the U.S. International Trade Commission, which resulted in an affirmative finding in the commission's April 21, 2016 vote. 
On October 6, 2016, the Department of Commerce announced its affirmative preliminary determination in the anti-dumping duty investigation of imports of phosphor copper from Korea.
On February 28, 2017, the Department of Commerce announced its affirmative final determination.
