Trade finance

 According to a press report dated 3 September 2015, the Development Bank of Kazakhstan undertook the financing of export operations of Arcelor Mittal Temirtau JSC (part of the ArcelorMittal group) and Kazzinc LLP (part of Glencore International).The total amount of the financing is 16.2 billion tenge (ca. 50 million USD). The funds are provided as part of the state programme 'Nurly Zhol' on concessional terms in order to support Kazakhstani exports.
 
A state measure in the GTA database is assessed solely in terms of the extent to which its implementation affects the extent of discrimination against foreign commercial interests. On this metric, the state aid proposed here is discriminatory.
