Trade finance

On 8 October 2015, the Italian Eximbank SACE announced in a press release that it had guaranteed an export credit provided by Deutsche Bank for the purchase of Italian glass production equipment by Turkish glass manufacturer Park Cam.
The loan worth 46.5 million EUR was used for investments into machinery in the glass container production facility in the Industrialized Zone of Bilecik. The machines were purchased form the Italian enterprise Bottero.
A state measure in the GTA database is assessed solely in terms of the extent to which its implementation affects the extent of discrimination against foreign commercial interests. On this metric, the state aid proposed here is discriminatory.
