Import tariff quota

On 17 December 2015 the Brazilian Foreign Trade Council (Camex) issued Resolution No. 122 introducing a tariff-rate quota on calcium phosphate with phosphorus content not exceeding 22% under the Mercosur Common Nomenclature (NCM) 2835.26.00. The import duty was reduced from 10% to 2% with a quota of 25,000 tons. This measure was implemented for reasons of shortage and entered into force the 18 December 2015 for a period of twelve months.
