Import licensing requirement

On 30 December 2015 the Russian Government approved Decree No. 1486. It introduces import licensing with regard to crushed stone and gravel (code 2517 10 100 0), certain materials used in the process of manufacture of rubble and gravel, and various mixtures whose components are crushed stone, gravel and sand (codes 2517 10 200 0, 2517 10 800 0, 2517 49 000 0).
The import licensing is valid for the period 1 January 2016 - 30 June 2016, inclusive. It is applicable with regard to countries that are not members of the Eurasian Economic Union.
