 On 24 December 2015, the Indian government withdrew the Minimum Export Price (MEP) applicable on export of onions. The MEP was last set at USD 400 per metric tonne in December 2015 (see related measure). 

The MEP was imposed again on 23 November 2017 (see related State Act).
