NoOn 1 December 2014, the German Eximbank announced it would provide an export credit worth 225 million EUR with a duration of 8 and half years to the Swiss-based Viking River Cruises, world's leading river cruise company. The credit will used to purchase 10 river cruise ships built by the Neptun Werft shipyard in Rostock, an affiliated company of the Papenburg-based Meyer Werft shipyard.
