On June 18, 2014 the Illinois state legislature sent to the governor for his signature a bill (HB4235) that provides that attorneys licensed in another state, territory, or commonwealth of the United States, or in a foreign country, may appear before the Commerce Commission. The governor signed it into law on August 15, 2014.
