Trade payment measure
On 13 March 2014, the Reserve Bank of India increased the transaction limit for trade-related remittances under the Rupee Drawing Arrangements (RDA) from INR 200'000 to INR 500'000 (USD 3'000 and 8'000, resp.). The RDA prescribes rules for inward remittances received in India through Exchange Houses situated abroad.
