Production subsidy

By the Government Decree from 14 February 2012 NO.179-p Russia introduces subsidies for the agricultural producers to compensate half of their spending on crop and cattle insurance. The subsidies are distributed among the regions of Russia. The total amount of subsidies under this programme for 2012 is 6 billion rubles (USD 200 million).
