On 26 March 2021, the Turkish authorities initiated an anti-circumvention investigation on imports of textile fabrics impregnated, coated, covered or laminated with polyurethane/ leather substitutes from Malaysia and Greece (Notification 2021/5). This investigation follows suspicion that the definitive anti-dumping duty imposed in November 2016 on imports of the same products originating in China might be circumvented. The products subject to investigation are classified under the following HS code subheading: 5903.20.
