Vietnam: Rubber exports exempt from tax

On 18 August 2014, the Vietnamese Ministry of Finance issued Circular No. 111/2014/TT-BTC reducing export tax of rubber products under HS 4001, 4002, and 4005 from 1% to 0%.   The Circular tokk effect on 2 October 2014.
