Zimbabwe: Removal of surtax on imports of double cab motor vehicles

Description

On 7 February 2012, the government of Zimbabwe has removed a surtax of 25 percent that was levied specifically on imports of double cab motor vehicles.
 
Prior to the change, the vehicles had been on the Surtax List that enumerates products subject to surtax in addition to the applied import duties.
