United States of America: Federal Transit Administration waiver of Buy American requirements for radio consoles

In a Federal Register notice published on December 12, 2016 (Vol. 81 No. 238) the Federal Transit Administration announced that, in response to Buy America waiver requests from the Greater Dayton Regional Transit Authority, it had waived its Buy America requirements for the purchase of radio consoles from Mexico.
